Surely it's as you say, but believe me I tried to download the Win 10 Entr from the original site. En-US but to change the language of the system from English to Italian is an odyssey.
Indeed, the Italian language pack can be downloaded, but many parts remain untranslated.

If you can, a key to download an Enterprise version from the official website in the X64 version ita.

There is no way anywhere to download corporate Windows 10 ISOs directly from the official Microsoft website. You can only trial versions for 90 days. This is the company's policy.
