Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10 keys are not tied to the interface language and system bitness.

Indeed, the Italian language pack can be downloaded, but many parts remain untranslated.

There is no way anywhere to download corporate Windows 10 ISOs directly from the official Microsoft website. You can only trial versions for 90 days. This is the company's policy.
