PC TIM 3.0尝鲜版 修改自用绿色精简版 去除qpcore服务项

- TIM已经更新到3.0尝鲜版，之前一直使用老版本的绿色版，新版本尝试自己修改绿化了一下。到目前自己测试可以日常使用。有bug请反馈。

Bug
- 关闭设置内自动更新时会造成闪退 已经精简自动升级服务 不需要再修改了
Note
- 下载后建议进行绿化，同时尽量使用QQScLauncher.exe打开程序，避免使用tim.exe
