Some of the keys are not able to activate on newly build & fresh installed Windows 10 20H2 version with system/software up to date
Most of the error shows either "key was used in another devices"/"Key you entered didn't work"/"you dont have valid digital license".

@nang Thanks for the details. I tried your method few times but not successful.
But I found another method to activate it already.
No need to change it to VL, just activate with phone call page instead of online.

Btw, after I download the office 2019 offline install, I type in the key but it request to activate it online or phone call only.
