Instructions on how to get the CID for offline MAK keys

Hi all.
We have a saying here in Egypt: "Don't give me a fish, but teach me how to catch it".
Here in this self-made video, I made a simple tutorial on how to contact the Microsoft Product Activation Center to get a CID for Windows or Office using an offline VL MAK key; so everyone whether experienced or not can do it himself.

Use Skype to call the UK toll free number (+4408000188354), more faster and less steps than calling the US toll free number (+18887251047)
