年终总结
2018年，是一个发生了诸多变化的一年，也是一个让我学会更多、成长许多的一年。
从一开始，我便以积极的心态投入到了新的工作中，从薄弱的基础慢慢的掌握了新的技能，熟悉了新的工作环境，感受到了新的工作压力，也在不断的提升自己的能力，努力提高自己的工作状态，为了能够更好的完成自己的工作，我不断地学习，努力把自己做到更好。
同时，我也不断地提升自己的专业技能，学习使用新的软件，深入了解新的技术，从而提高自己的工作能力。
在这一年里，我也一直努力保持正能量，积极面对一切，在困难的时候，我会加倍努力，永不放弃，坚持到最后。

Background: The South African Prime Minister, B.J. Vorster, yesterday (Saturday) opened the South African branch of the World Young Men's Christian Association (YMCA) in Johannesburg. The Prime Minister was welcomed by the President of the World YMCA, Mr. F.H. Eggleton.
In his address, Mr. Vorster said the YMCA was an organisation which had already proved its worth in South Africa by helping to improve the human environment of the country. He said it was an organisation which had shown a great deal of foresight in realising the need to develop a better understanding between the various racial groups in South Africa.
The Prime Minister said the YMCA was one of the most beneficial organisations in the world, and its work was invaluable to the international community.
