Ignore the error .
Type again slui.exe 4 to access phone activation method
write down in a notepad the code shown in the dialog box .(Don t close the dialog box)
Visit the website getcid.info and paste the code there .
Paste the code generated from the site into the blank spaces .
Try and get back here with info if worked or not

These steps are valid only for a Retail and OEM keys. For volume licences activation, when MAK count is zero-0, the phone call and contact with human is the only method, as far as I know . You can activate online only if MAK key has a number of activation left.
Thus activation of Windows 10 Pro with retail keys is much more simpler and faster, than activation of Windows 10 Enterprise or any other volume licence edition.

It's a fake (invalid) key. It can't be used for a activation. If you see 18 or 20 activations left, then it's more likely is a fake key. You can search here to make sure: https://github.com/CNMan/balala/blob/master/Fake_Keys.txt
