各位大佬，在线汉字取模是怎么实现的

最近在玩ESP8266，但是在LCD屏显示中文出现了一些问题，只得取模。
于是想到了在线汉字取模，想自己做个网页程序，单片机获取网页程序上的信息，汉字就用在线取模的内容显示出来，下面这个页面是个比较理想的效果，就是不知道如何实现。
