1、默认情况下， 全局管理员是可以访问你的OneDrive for Business的，也可以删改你的OneDrive for Business的文件。
2、你可以尝试点击在你的OneDrive for Business中，点击右上角的齿轮图标>网站设置>在“用户和权限”下，单击“网站集管理员”>在“网站集管理员”框中删除你的管理员，然后单击“确定”。
这样的话，你学校的全局管理员虽然可以访问你的OneDrive for Business，但是他看不到其中的文件也无法进行删改了（他只能看到你曾分享过给他的文件）。
3、我明白你的文件包含科研数据，不便外传和泄露。我想解释一下，一般来说，你们学校或公司的全局管理员是由你们学校（具体可能是IT部门）决定的，不是由我们决定的。如果你担心某些全局管理员可能会危害到其他用户的信息安全，我建议你先联系你们学校的IT部门反馈这个问题。
