Microsoft does not provide an off-the-shelf ISO Office 2019 Standard and ProPlus Volume.
The image of yourself must be done by yourself.

2. Office Deployment Tool - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=49117
3. Configure XML for yourself - https://config.office.com/deploymentsettings
4. To install, run setup /configure configuration.xml

Or just download the .img file and after installation convert from Retail to VL
