Office 2019 Professional (Retail) and Office 2019 Professional Plus (VL) are completely different versions with different licensing channel.

Microsoft does not provide an off-the-shelf ISO Office 2019 Standard and ProPlus Volume.
The image of yourself must be done by yourself.

3. Configure XML for yourself - https://config.office.com/deploymentsettings
4. To install, run setup /configure configuration.xml

Or just download the .img file and after installation convert from Retail to VL
