Activation by Phone

Hello all, just a quick question - How do you activate by telephone? In the past I would call the UK number but now it is blocked in Skype. I tried US / Canada number and the CID is rejected by the automated system and I am not given an option to talk to MS Support. Kindly point me to the right direction and I am certain many will benefit from this info.

It is actually for office 20XX. I keep seeing keys posted but to user pvid activation. So I don't know how people use phone activation nowadays... I used to call UK number but now skype blocked calling any MS activation numbers. When I call the US/Canada activation centers the Cid is not validated and I am not given the option to speak with an agent... So I am lost how people do it now.
